Leigh Radford has a straight-forward mission: creating new billion dollar brands. Radford is SVP and Head of P&G Ventures ā the venture studio of the global CPG behemoth ā and knows a thing-or-two about developing and building global brands. Radford is a 30-year veteran of Procter & Gamble and former Global General Manager of P&Gās global skin care business and also served as global brand manager for the Olay, Vicks, and PUR brands. I sat down with Radford at the recent Health + Wealth of America conference to talk about how P&G drives innovation, keeps churning out new billion dollar businesses, and is accelerating digital transformation across the enterprise.
