Leigh Radford has a straight-forward mission: creating new billion dollar brands. Radford is SVP and Head of P&G Ventures ā€“ the venture studio of the global CPG behemoth ā€“ and knows a thing-or-two about developing and building global brands. Radford is a 30-year veteran of Procter & Gamble and former Global General Manager of P&Gā€™s global skin care business and also served as global brand manager for the Olay, Vicks, and PUR brands.
